Stressed Out

Last night, I was soo stressed out! So after volleyball, I ran into the house, grabbed the box of cookies from the pantry, ran into my room, stuffed my face with cookies, and cried. It was really stupid and immature, but it really helped me clear my head, and after, I just felt good. Like, pure! And even though nothing changed, and even though I ingested a whole bunch of calories, I felt better.

Some other stress busters:
- Listening to my iPod
- Serving practice against the garage door
- Taking a walk
- Making cookies
- Breathing
- Disney movies (the classic ones, not the newer ones)
- Talking to friends
- Taking it out on my pillow
